We're based in New Braunfels and work across Comal, Guadalupe, Hays, and Bexar counties, roughly 60 to 70 miles around home. The communities below are where we're most often found. Long-distance moves start from here too, with the same crew from your first box to your last.

How much does it cost to hire Trinity Movers?
Our base local rate is $235 an hour for three movers and a 26-foot truck within about 30 miles of New Braunfels. Labor-only help runs $195 to $215 an hour, packing is $335 an hour, and out-of-town moves are a flat rate. Our pricing page has the full list.
What's the difference between flat-rate and hourly pricing?
Hourly pricing means you pay for the crew's time, which suits local moves where the hours are predictable. Flat-rate pricing is one agreed number based on distance, the size of the move, and the services you need, which suits long-distance moves. We'll confirm which one fits your move during the estimate.
How does a video estimate work?
We text you a LiveSwitch link. There's no app to download. You can do a live video call with us or record a walkthrough of your home and send it in. The tool builds an inventory from the video, we review it, and you get a written summary with your estimate, usually the same day.
Do you move pianos, safes, and antiques?
Yes. We handle delicate and heavy items. Tell us about them when you request your estimate, or show them on your video walkthrough, so we can plan the right crew and equipment.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend one to two weeks ahead for local moves, especially weekends, and two to three weeks for long-distance moves. If you're on short notice, call anyway. We'll always try to fit you in.
Do you offer storage?
Yes. We store your belongings in our own vaults for $30 to $60 a month per vault, depending on how much you have, for short gaps between homes or longer-term.
Are your movers employees or temp workers?
Our two crews are Trinity's own trained movers, ten strong. We don't use temp labor, and we don't hand long-distance moves to third-party carriers.
