What to have handy
- Your move date, or a range if you're flexible. Dates in the first half of the month are often quoted a little lower.
- Both addresses, plus anything about access: stairs, elevators, gate codes, long driveways, or tight parking.
- A rough idea of size: number of bedrooms, plus the garage, attic, shed, or storage unit.
- Anything heavy, fragile, or unusual, such as a piano, a safe, or antiques.
- Which help you want: a full-service move, packing, labor-only, storage, or a mix.
- Your phone number, so we can text you a video walkthrough link.
