Local Moving
Across town or one town over, our crew loads, protects, hauls, and sets up your home so you can sleep in your own bed that night.
Local Moving
The same things that make our home moves go well. You get Trinity's own trained, uniformed crew, never temp labor. You get padded trucks, dollies, straps, shrink wrap, and moving blankets. Desks, tables, and other basic furniture that need to come apart are disassembled and reassembled.
Our experienced packers work in offices as well as homes and apartments. We bring sturdy boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, and stretch wrap, and label every box by room and contents, which for an office means by department, desk, or employee.
Start with your constraints. Is there a day the office can be closed? Does the phone need to be answered the whole time? Is there a lease end date you can't miss? Tell us what's fixed, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do, including what's possible outside normal business hours.
For anything beyond a very small office, a simple floor plan of the new space is worth the effort. Number the rooms or desks, put the same numbers on the boxes and furniture, and the crew can place everything without stopping to ask.
This is general guidance that applies to almost any office move.
Talk to both buildings early. Ask about elevator reservations, loading docks, permitted move hours, and whether the building requires a certificate of insurance from the mover. If it does, ask us about it before you book.
Have your IT person or provider handle computers, servers, and phones. Back everything up, label cables, and schedule internet at the new location well ahead.
Have each employee pack and label their own desk, and take laptops and personal items home.
Purge first. Old files, broken chairs, and the equipment in the back room don't need to make the trip. Handle confidential records according to your own policies.
An office estimate depends on what's there: how many workstations, how much filing, the conference table, the copier, the break room. We text you a link and you walk us through it with your phone, live or recorded. Show us the route out as well, including the hallways, elevator, and loading area.
One person can do it between meetings, and nobody has to host an estimator during the workday.
Office moves are quoted the same way as our other moves: hourly from $235 for three movers and a truck, with $50 an hour for each additional mover or truck, and packing at $335 an hour. Our pricing page has the full list. Your estimate will say which applies and what's included. If part of the office needs to be stored during a build-out, ask us about storage.
Not every business move is a whole office. If you need furniture rearranged within your space, a few rooms cleared for new flooring, or a large delivery moved into place, that's a job for our labor-only crew. We also receive goods and provide white-glove delivery and placement for interior designers; ask us about it. It's billed hourly, with a minimum, and you don't need a truck.
Yes. Trinity moves families and businesses, and our packers work in offices as well as homes and apartments.
Tell us your constraints when you request the estimate and we'll tell you what we can do. Our goal is to keep your downtime as short as possible.
We can move boxed and protected equipment along with the rest of the office. As general guidance, have your IT provider disconnect, back up, and reconnect your systems, and transport critical data devices yourself.
The three questions we ask on every move
Your belongings, your home, and our crew all finish the day in one piece. Furniture is padded and wrapped before it moves, and nobody rushes a heavy piece down a staircase.
Everything is worked out before we arrive, so when the truck pulls up we can just get to work. Moving day shouldn't be the day the planning happens.
Our crew puts themselves in your shoes. Polite, in uniform, and thinking ahead for you on one of the more stressful days of your life.
Tell us your constraints and we'll tell you plainly what we can do. Call (830) 837-4628 or request an estimate.
