Long-distance moving from New Braunfels

A long-distance move is a big life step, and the worst part is usually wondering where your things are and who has them. With Trinity, the answer is always the same crew you met on day one.

Inside a Trinity Movers truck packed wall to wall with blanket-wrapped and shrink-wrapped furniture

We never hand off your move

Trinity never outsources your move. You get a dedicated truck and crew, with no transfers and no third-party carriers. The same people handle the load-up and the delivery, so there's one team accountable for every box from start to finish.

What's included

Every long-distance move includes furniture padding, wrapping, and secured transport, with licensed and insured protection the whole way. Delivery is scheduled, so you know when to expect us.

Full-service packing is available if you'd rather not spend your last two weeks in a sea of boxes. We can also take care of specialty items. From pianos to antiques, our crew is trained to move delicate and oversized pieces, so mention them early and we'll plan for them.

Where we go

We move people from New Braunfels to cities all over Texas. Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, and College Station are regular destinations, along with rural areas and small towns across the Hill Country.

Moving out of state? We can help with that too. Call and tell us where you're headed.

People come to us for all sorts of reasons: house-to-house relocations, apartment moves with elevators and parking restrictions on the far end, military and job transfers on a fixed timeline, college moves, retirement and downsizing, and setting up a second home or vacation property.

How long-distance moves are priced

Out-of-town and out-of-state moves get a flat-rate quote. It's based on the mileage, the crew size, and how many trucks the move needs. There's no hourly billing on a long-distance job, and no surprise fees. You know your cost before we load, based on the inventory we agreed on.

Because the price is set up front, getting the inventory right matters even more than it does on a local move. That's where the video walkthrough earns its keep.

Show us once, on video

For a long-distance quote we need to know what's going on the truck. We'll text you a LiveSwitch link, with no app to install, and you can walk us through the house live or record it when you have a quiet moment. Open the closets and the garage. Show us the big pieces and anything fragile.

We review the video, build the inventory, and prepare your flat-rate quote from it. You don't have to take time off for an in-home visit, and we aren't pricing your move off a guess.

Planning your timeline

We recommend booking two to three weeks ahead if you can. We keep our schedule tight on purpose, so that every long-distance move gets a focused crew rather than a rushed one.

We plan the move around your dates: closing day, lease end, a report date, or the first day at a new job. Tell us what's fixed and what's flexible, and we'll build the schedule and the route around it.

It also helps to think about the far end before we load. If the new home won't be ready the day we arrive, say so, and we'll talk through storage rather than finding out at the curb. If the destination is an apartment or a gated community, find out about elevator reservations, loading zones, and move-in hours ahead of time. And keep a first-night box in your own car, with medications, chargers, documents, and a change of clothes, so the first evening doesn't depend on which box is unloaded first.

Any move more than about 30 miles from New Braunfels. We handle both in-state and out-of-state relocations.

How is a long-distance move priced?

With a flat-rate quote based on distance, the size of the move, and the services required. There's no hourly billing and there are no surprise fees.

Will my belongings be transferred to another company?

No. Trinity uses a dedicated truck and crew for your move. There are no transfers and no third-party carriers, and the same crew loads and delivers.

The three questions we ask on every move

Safe

Your belongings, your home, and our crew all finish the day in one piece. Furniture is padded and wrapped before it moves, and nobody rushes a heavy piece down a staircase.

Efficient

Everything is worked out before we arrive, so when the truck pulls up we can just get to work. Moving day shouldn't be the day the planning happens.

Courteous

Our crew puts themselves in your shoes. Polite, in uniform, and thinking ahead for you on one of the more stressful days of your life.
