Movers and crew leaders for a veteran-owned New Braunfels moving company that trains its own people and keeps them.

Trinity Movers has been moving New Braunfels and the towns around it since 2016. We run two crews of our own trained movers, ten strong, and we don't fill trucks with day labor. If you want to be part of a team that takes pride in doing a hard job well, we'd like to hear from you.

What it's like to work here

    Every mover on a Trinity truck is a Trinity employee, trained by us, in a Trinity uniform. The crew you load with in the morning is the crew you unload with in the afternoon.

    Local moves across New Braunfels, long-distance moves with the same crew at both ends, packing jobs, labor-only loads, storage vault work, and the occasional piano or safe.

Mover

Load, protect, haul and set up our customers' homes as part of a three-person crew. Full training on how Trinity pads, wraps, stacks and carries.

What you'll do

  • Pad, wrap and protect furniture before it moves, every piece, every time
  • Load and unload 26-foot trucks safely, with the load secured for the road
  • Carry heavy and awkward pieces with your crew using dollies, straps and ramps
  • Pack and unpack on packing jobs, and shift furniture on labor-only jobs
  • Set furniture and boxes where the customer wants them, then walk the home with them before you leave
  • Show up in uniform, on time, and treat every customer's home like it's your own

What we're looking for

  • Able to do physical work all day, including lifting and carrying heavy furniture with a partner
  • Reliable: our customers book their move date around us
  • Polite and patient with people on one of the more stressful days of their lives
  • Willing to work weekends, when most people move
  • Moving experience is a plus, not a must. We train our own movers

Crew Leader

Run a Trinity crew from the first walkthrough to the final signature. You own the truck, the plan, the crew and the customer's day.

What you'll do

  • Walk the home with the customer at the start, confirm the inventory from their estimate, and set the plan for the day
  • Drive and care for the 26-foot truck, and keep the load secured and the equipment accounted for
  • Lead your movers on the job: pace, protection, lifting technique and courtesy
  • Handle paperwork, payment and the final walkthrough with the customer
  • Train newer movers in the Trinity way of padding, wrapping, loading and carrying
  • Be the person the customer and the office can count on when something on the job changes

What we're looking for

  • Solid moving experience, ideally running a truck or a crew
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record you'd be comfortable showing us
  • Calm under pressure and clear with people, customers and crew alike
  • Organized with paperwork, inventories and timekeeping
  • The judgment to make a move safe and efficient without being told

FAQ

Do I need moving experience to apply as a mover?

No. We train our own movers on how Trinity pads, wraps, loads and carries. What we can't train is showing up on time and being decent to people, so that's what we look for first.

What does a crew leader need that a mover doesn't?

Experience running a truck or a crew, a valid driver's license and a driving record you're comfortable showing us, and the judgment to run a customer's whole move day without being told.

Will I work weekends?

Yes. Weekends are the busiest moving days, so expect them to be part of your schedule. The details are discussed at your interview.

Where will I be working?

We're based in New Braunfels and work across Comal, Guadalupe, Hays and Bexar counties. Long-distance moves start from the same base, with the same crew from your first box to your last.
