Who we are

This website is operated by Trinity Movers, LLC ("Trinity Movers", "we"), a moving company based in New Braunfels, Texas, operating under USDOT Number 3007253 and TxDMV Number 010085872C. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information on this site

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including our services, service area and published rates, but it is general information and not a quote, contract or guarantee. Details of any move are governed by your written estimate and the company policy you sign when you book.

Estimates, pricing and booking

Published rates are our current rates and are not a quote for your move. Your estimate, minimum, discount and terms come only from Trinity Movers directly and are confirmed in writing. A signed estimate, agreement to our company policy and a $100 non-refundable deposit book your date. Drive time, protection plans and other policies are described on our Policies and Protection Plans page, which forms part of these terms.

Online estimates

Our online estimate form is provided by Move Details, a third-party scheduling and quoting service. Information you enter there is handled under Move Details' own terms and privacy policy as well as ours, and is used to prepare your estimate.

Job applications

Information you send through our careers page is used only to consider your application for employment with Trinity Movers. Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment, and we may contact you about it by phone or email.

Reviews

Customer reviews shown on this site are reproduced as their authors wrote them on Google and are refreshed automatically. They are the opinions of their authors, not statements by Trinity Movers.

Intellectual property

The Trinity Movers name, logo, photographs and text on this site belong to Trinity Movers, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party names such as LiveSwitch and Move Details belong to their owners and are used only to describe the tools we use.

Your rights when you move in Texas

Movers in Texas are regulated by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. The TxDMV publishes a consumer guide to your rights and responsibilities when you hire a mover; a link to it is on our Policies and Protection Plans page and in the footer of every page.

Liability for this website

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Trinity Movers is not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing here limits our responsibilities under your written estimate, our protection plans, or Texas law.
